I just figured out how to configure the forum to allow for the ability to upload pics into the posts.

When you want to upload a pic into your post, simply click on the  button up on the toolbar next to the formatting buttons. Then it will ask you to browse to find the picture that you want to upload.

 I have been resizing the pics I want to use to 600x450 at normal res and re-saving them before uploading, so it will keep the size down. Right now, the limit for uploading is about 125K. I can change that, if we need. Just let me know.
